You will be part of a team, but working toward solidifying YOUR personal goals over the challenge. We will arm you with the tools, systems and accountability to take your habits to the next level.
//Small group coaching with a focus on team building, support, and taking action.
You will be placed on a team with up to 12 fellow VFitters, as close geographically to you as we can make possible.
//Your personal VFit Coach has your back, cheering you on, challenging you, working directly with you to goal set, take action, and reach BEYOND your comfort zone.

It simply wouldn't be a VFit challenge without an adorable shirt to celebrate it with, would it be?
Each participant in the #ASCENT100 challenge will be sent a commerative tank or t-shirt early in the challenge.
There's no need to wait until the end of the ASCENT to wear your shirt with pride. We'll get these out in the first month of the challenge so you can proudly show off your shirt in classes, looking for fellow teammates taking the ASCENT with you.
SUMMIT LEVEL ASCENT WORKSHOPS (held throughout the 100 days) - all workshops will be recording if you are not able to make them live. Schedule is TBA, with 2 workshops per month being delivered.
A - AMPLIFY - Fitness Workshop & Assessment with Maria
For the first workshop as part of the Summit Level ASCENT, we'll kick off with a special workshop that'll provide you with a tangible benchmark to look back at after 100 days. Remember the Presidential Fitness Tests as a kid? Well this here will be Maria's version, straight from the personal trainer coursework and assessemnts she's going through. In advance of this session, a special handout will be shared for you to make a record for yourself on some fitness assements that'll be done live which you can repeat again after the 100 day ASCENT and see for yourself your own personal improvements! We'll set the baseline with this first workshop, and then you can choose which if any you'd like to work on and improve over the 100 days and at the end, repeat the assessment and then ... CELEBRATE your success!
S - SUCCEED - Financial Wellness with Bridget
Get yourself organized when it comes to your assets, finances, bills, and taxes. Tackle paying off that debt while juggling monthly bills. Feel confident about knowing where your finances stand and what path to take next to get ahead, stress less and succeed!
C - CREATE - Meal Planning Made Easy with Christine
Are you overwhelmed by the thought of meal planning and prepping food ahead of time while wishing you didn't have to cook a whole meal every night? During our time together we'll look at different ways to approach these topics, simple ideas to try ahead of time and strategies to implement that will work for your family.
E - EVOLVE - Yamas and Niyamas with Shari
When you hear the word yoga, what comes to mind? For most it is a physical practice, maybe including breath work and occasionally meditation. However, yoga is a philosophy . There are 8 limbs of yoga. Asana(movement), pranayama (breath), and (dhyana) meditation are indeed 3 of the limbs; there are 5 more parts to make the whole. This session will focus on 2 of these limbs: yamas and niyamas. The yamas and niyamas are the roots and trunk of the tree. They are the rules by which we should live our lives. Without them our life is unbalanced and reaching our higher self is not attainable.
N - NURTURE - Yoga for Healing with Lindsay
Yoga by defintion is theraputic. Those who practice yoga are experiencing some form of therapy, whether it be mental, physical or spiritual. In this workshop, we will explore ways to bring more healing and therapy to your yoga practice. If you are newer to yoga this will be a great introduction! We will use yoga blocks, a strap, boolster (or pillow) and essential oils. Props are recommended but not required. We'll also spend time breaking down poses with a focus on anatomy and alignment then ending with a long meditaion, leaving you feel relaxed and refreshed! I look forward to spending time on the mat with you friends. Namaste.
T - THRIVE - Anti-Diet with Lauren
Explore why diets dont work long term, how they cause more harm than good, and how diet culture makes money off our insecurites. Learn how to change the narrative and begin self-acceptance, body kindness and intuitive eating as a healthy way to take care of yourself. .
