What is included in the ASCENT 100 DAY CHALLENGE:
// SMALL GROUP + PERSONAL COACH - You will be placed on a team with 11 other VFitters and one dedicated Coach to take the 100 day journey with.
Make life-long friendships, let your coach bring out the best in you, and be a teammate to others. There are so many benefits to working with a positive and powerful team.
// ONE VFIT CLASS GOAL - We are going to nail down some tangible goals over this challenge. Your first one being a total VFit class goal.
On-demands do count in this challenge, or you can swap out MEP's with a class goal if you prefer to make a My Zone Goal.
// ONE OUTSIDE GOAL - This is where the BIG magic happens. We know there is something weighing on your heart you want to set out and DO, but something is holding you back. Let this be the time you go after a big goal/dream and RISE UP.
Maybe it's running a 5k, reading 3 books, going after a new job, taking the adventure you keep putting off. We will help you find the drive to take the action steps over 100 days to achieve your goal.
// MONTHLY HAPPY HOUR - Meet live once per month with your team (either in person if that is available, or in a private Zoom meet up) and connect together in a super personal and interactive manner.
// INTERACTIVE TEAM SHEET TO TRACK GOALS - we have designed special interactive "sheets" for each team. You will report in weekly on your progress in all area, and keep direct track of your ASCENT.
// WEEKLY TEAM CHALLENGE - BRAND NEW - each week, your coach will be giving the team a challenge to complete. This will help you grow in all areas of mind, body, spirit and unite your team even closer.
Some examples are: random act of kindness, try a new recipe, do something outside your comfort zone.
// ASCENT TSHIRT/TANK - Each participant will receive a custom made tank or T shirt with the ASCENT logo and your team name.
// ASCENT OPENING PARTY - We love to party at VFit and ASCENT is even more reason to celebrate. All teams will be invited to join in an opening and closing party.
// ASCENT CLOSING PARTY - We'll close out the challenge with one epic party to celebrate each participants wins and honor the 100 day commitment each participant saw through until the end of their ASCENT.

It simply wouldn't be a VFit challenge without an adorable shirt to celebrate it with, would it be?
Each participant in the #ASCENT100 challenge will be sent a commerative tank or t-shirt early in the challenge.
The lettering will be sparkled cranberry/coral color, similar to this mock up on the left.
We'll get these out in the first month of the challenge so you can proudly show off your shirt in classes, looking for fellow teammates taking the ASCENT with you.
